Payment Portal.

The payment portal located at loredo.law/pay (“payment portal”), powered by WooCommerce and Stripe, is intended for processing payments for legal services that the firm has already rendered. The payment portal is not for advance fee payments, i.e. retainers or other payments in excess of amounts we have already billed you for. Advance fee payments must be made via wire transfer or check. YOU AGREE NOT TO SUBMIT ADVANCED FEE PAYMENTS OR ANY PAYMENT INTENDED FOR THE FIRM’S TRUST ACCOUNT THROUGH THE PORTAL. You understand, agree, and acknowledge that payment processing costs, including but not limited to credit card processing costs, will be surcharged to you (“surcharge”) and will not be credited to your account. We do not accept responsibility for any processing errors or issues beyond our control. You agree by submitting payment via the portal that you are not entitled to a refund, but we may issue refunds in full or in part in our sole discretion.

Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information about you through our contact form, payment portal, or otherwise. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and more. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

Dispute Resolution.

Any disputes arising from or related to your use of this website will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION.
